About Dave

After working in the Colorado Springs television news market for over 15 years, I felt I needed to have a better purpose in my life. Over 20 years ago I began my real estate career. Buying or selling a home is a huge milestone in someone’s life. It can be overwhelming. I wanted to demystify the home buying and selling process for my client’s. From the first-time home buyer to the million-dollar seller, I am there to navigate their way through the process safely and smoothly. Every transaction is different. They all have unique situations. When there might be a reason to “not sleep” in a transaction, I will “not sleep” for you.

When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, fishing, and camping and spending time with my amazing wife Wendy and my Scottish Terrier, Murphy and West Highland Terrier Georgi Marshmallow.
